How to change your colour settings to make it easier to read documents onscreen

The following instructions are a guide to enable the individual to alter their colour settings to provide an optimum visual when reading a document onscreen:

Whilst in Word select the "Page Layout" tab at the top of the screen.

In order to change the visual colour on screen click on the "Page Colour" symbol and you should be presented with a dropdown menu that will present you with a range of options.

From here you can alter the colour theme of your document to create your ideal view. EG:

If you wish to have more than one colour onscreen then you can select the "fill effects" option from the bottom of the drop down menu.

You are then presented with a menu which provides numerous different effects which can applied to the colouring of your page.

You can mix and match the colour and representation to match your ideal or alternatively if you wish to return to your original display you can click on "Page Colour" once more and either pick the first white colour or select no colour.
